Hi,

My name is Robert Donovan and I’m a qualified Project Manager. Through my career to my current role as a Project Director, I have experienced the full lifecycle of projects including delivering the business case, delivery strategy and planning, procurement, construction, and closure including capturing lessons learnt and the application of these to future projects.

From initial discussions I believe I can add value through implementing the use of a decision making matrix aligned to the schools charter to help prioritise works on the premises and facilities with the aim of planning and delivering against a 5 year plan. This matrix will test the investment decisions to ensure they support the schools wider short and long term plans and support budgeting and finance activities.

I have qualifications in Health & Safety including the NEBOSH General certificate and IOSH managing safely. I actively manage contracts under the NEC form and have procured a number contracts within my role.
